SCM - How to unlock a user

If you receive an error when trying to log in to SCM which states the user account is locked, you can follow these steps to unlock the user:

1 > Log into the Bridge Server Admin Console.
2 > At the top of the window there is a toolbar, click on the "Tasks" drop down.
3 > In the drop down you should see "SCM User Unlock". Click this and a new window will open.
4 > In the text box, type the username of the account you wish to unlock and click the unlock button. You should then receive confirmation that this was successful.
