Firstly it's important to note that the the Support Portal Website account credentials are completely independent from the Interlink Software Website account credentials. The latter provides a link as a gateway to the support portal, as well as keeping you up to date with all the latest news, software releases, patches, security newsletters etc.
Before you can login to the support portal for the first time, you will need to Create/Validate your email address here.
Once validated, you should be able to login. If you require access to all your company's cases, not just your own, then you should request this elevated privilege by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
