How do I get my email address changed in the support portal?
This is a two step approach.
- email:email@example.com requesting the change of address from and to.
- Once confirmation of change is received then access the support portal login and click the 'Forgot your password' link. When prompted enter your new email address and follow instructions as received in the email you receive.
- We will endeavour to associate all existing issues with your new email address unless the company has changed.
