BES - Relation between Automation UserAO and Groups

Last Updated: Dec 01, 2015 09:52AM UTC
A BES BSD user can belong to one or more groups and within each of those groups have different permissions to different features. UserAO access is one such permission so when you edit the user in the BSD, you should see a list of groups that the user belongs to at the bottom of the page. If you click on the group you want to provide UserAO access to, then select "Edit AO Authority", this will enable the user to run UserAO.
