When you create SLA's, they might not appear in your SLA reports
It is very important that you generate your Profile subscription before exporting it to the BES environment. This can be done in 2 ways.
1. You can simply click generate within the Service Profile Manager
2. You can click: File > Service Profiles > Generate Profile Subscriptions
Once this has been completed, it means that your SLAs will now appear in your SLA Reports
