When trying to view alert details from an alert query, the fields can often come back as empty/blank.
In the .NET console you will see this or something quite similar:
"18/10/18 15:13:05 AlertQueryService.QueryDatabase : Querying the database...
18/10/18 15:13:05 AlertQueryService.QueryDatabase : Failed to return results from database. Check Tomcat logs for more informations.
18/10/18 15:13:05 AlertDetails.Populate : Populating using an XMLDocument alert...
18/10/18 15:13:05 AlertDetails.Populate : There are 19 internal fields available.
18/10/18 15:13:05 AlertDetails.Populate : There are 12 static fields available.
18/10/18 15:13:05 AlertDetails.Populate : There are 49 user fields available."
And in the Catalina_Log, something like the following:
"Thu Oct 18 15:12:40 BST 2018 AlertQueryService.GetResultDatabase : Failed when trying to create xml structure : org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: column af.severity does not exist
Hint: Perhaps you meant to reference the column "a.severity"."
To fix the blank alert details, run the following command from the BES Command Line:
DBcmd "insert into ISS_ES_Modify_Table values(now(),'','','UpdateTokens')"
