Sharing cases by customer

Hello Interlink,

is it possible to share all open cases between members of the same company.

i.e. the Cognizant India EMS team members and any raised by me on the Centrica account but out sourced to cognizant. I'll be in the UK.

Will this be a shared login to the supprot portal ?

Hi Bryn,

Yes. as long as we link the domain in the email addresses to the same Company. For instance, and to the company 'Centrica' as an example. We can then give individuals that have an account in our support portal within the Company access to all the Company's cases.

Hope that makes sense!
So we will need to know the email domains involved and the Company name and then which in individuals will requires access to all cases.
