Clear all alerts with the BES Database

Mathew Allbright Jun 19, 2014 03:09PM UTC

Hi

Quick question, before our new BES system is made live, we are looking to remove all alerts contained within the BES database.

One of the methods I can think of for doing this would be to set the retention period to zero and then running the CleanDbSpace crontab job. However, I was wondering if you can delete all alerts directly from the alerts table and if so will this have any impact on anything else?

Regards

Matt
