Options for the Support Centre

Hi There can we have:-
The ability for the support portal to remember the last options like whether to show closed tickets or not.
The ability to sort the case notes so that the most recent is on the top and remember the choice.

Hi Mike,

The support portal is part of the third party application we use and as such we have no direct control over the interface. I'll raise these as an enhancement requests.
